I cannot log in to the UT

I can't get into UT. before that I was on Ultimate Gauntlet 6. My series bugged me to be able to use the players I used in the first round when I kicked the third round. I did not notice this issue. Hence not being able to settle. Every time I kicked the match it said EA received an error request and I tried to forfeit the match and it didn't work. Then I tried alt f4 to exit the game. This has caused me to not be able to link into UT now. can you help me with this bug.
