I can't go option by option on ea 26

Question

Hello all,i've just installed ea on my pc, and i got this weird issue that i had never face it with ea 24 or 25.When i try to scoll in option in the main menu or settings, i can't choose the next option. It goes directly to the third one.This is very weird.&nbsp;Can someone help me to fix this issue please ?Thank youBest regardsYaaz__x

Hey YAAZ__X​ Try resetting your game settings. Delete the Personal Settings 1 profile and then check it again. Here are some other steps you could also try:&nbsp;

&nbsp;Close the game, unplug the controller, plug it back in, then relaunch
&nbsp;Try a different&nbsp;USB data cable&nbsp;and a rear USB 3.x port
&nbsp;Test&nbsp;wired&nbsp;first before using Bluetooth
&nbsp;Try&nbsp;Fullscreen&nbsp;and&nbsp;Windowed/Borderless&nbsp;modes
&nbsp;Set a frame-rate cap such as&nbsp;30&nbsp;or&nbsp;60 FPS
&nbsp;Enable&nbsp;VSync
&nbsp;Lower graphics settings like shadows and effects
&nbsp;Run the game&nbsp;.exe&nbsp;as&nbsp;Administrator&nbsp;as a test
&nbsp;Disconnect other input devices so only one controller is connected
&nbsp;Turn off overlays while testing such as EA App, Steam Overlay, Xbox Game Bar, Discord, GeForce Experience, RivaTuner
