I can't launch fc26

About a week ago when I wanted to play fc26 the game launches like normally but after saying launching game it crashes with no error and it got me back to ea app. About 20 people from support can't help me with this problem, I tried everything. The funniest is that when I open the game with mods via mod menager the game launches normally. Please help

UPDATE: after 2 weeks the problem still exist. I was talking to the guy on support who said me that he will post a solution but be didnt do it.

    yeah for me too. I was playing the game for 3 months every day and it was working, a week ago the game decided that it wont work. This game is a joke
