I can't play the game

whenever i enter ultimate team, 5min later or 10 maybe, i get kicked out of the game or the menu doesn't matter, I can't play the game at all, only the offline modes are available, my connection is good and stable, i don't see the problem in my computer, since i reinstalled the game twice. Need help ASAP
