I CANT PLAY ULTIMATE TEAM

When I launch the game and try to access Ultimate Team, I get a message saying: "It is not possible to connect to Ultimate Team at this time. You will now be returned to the main menu." I have tried disconnecting the internet, deleting and redownloading the game, and switching internet connections, but nothing has changed. What is the solution?

Hey there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to Ultimate Team. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
