I haven't been able to get into ultimate team

I made a new account on PlayStation and ea to see if it lets me in to ultimate and it does with no issue but when I try it on my account it says "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu" I seriously need help it's been like this for the past 3 days
