Incorrect Rivals Rewards – Division mismatch at rewards lock

Hello EA Team,

I am reporting an issue regarding my Rivals rewards.

During the week, I reached Division 1 and played multiple matches at that level. I did not intentionally demote or manipulate my division before rewards were locked.

However, I received Division 2 rewards, which does not match my in-game progression at the time of rewards distribution.

Based on how the Rivals system is described, rewards should reflect the division at the moment of rewards lock. In my case, there appears to be a mismatch or inconsistency in how my division was recorded.

I believe this may be a bug or an incorrect update of my competitive rank before rewards were issued.

I have attached screenshots showing my division progression and the rewards received. If needed, I can provide additional evidence such as match history.

Please could a community manager review this case and confirm what happened?

    I’ve already been in contact with live support and posted evidence here, yet the issue remains unresolved.
    I’m asking for this to be escalated and for a clear explanation of what has been checked or done so far regarding my case.
    Please don’t redirect me again to live support, as they were unable to help. I need a proper update on the investigation from here.

    Again, we can't look into accounts here on the forums so I'm not able to confirm what division you were in or what rewards you got. If according to their system they got the right rewards then I'm afraid there's not much else I can do on my end. Again, I'll monitor the situation in case it's an emerging issue.

    It was marked as the solution as there don't seem to be any issues with our rewards system at the moment, but in case there is in the future I wanted to highlight to players who stumble on this that they need to reach out to our live support team so they can check for them.

    I'm afraid I can only assume that there's some sort of user error in play here because, again, there are no issues with the system at the moment.
