Input delay in fc 26 will that affect fc 27 ?

Ever since the last maintenance 5 days ago whenever I play online there is unbearable input delay and heavy game play while my ping is very low .

can’t finish a single game online because of it and the gameplay online is very glitchy I once played online with my goalkeeper missing  

will it remain the same for people in iraq in fc27 that will be a great question are we gonna buy a game in which employees don’t care or listen for 5 days and don’t even respond to any of us writing in here
