Keep getting disconnected from ultimate team menus

When I’m going on to ultimate team it takes forever to load and sometimes it just says can’t connect at that point other times it’s just trying to go to objectives, the store, building a team, it’s not a WiFi issue because I’m getting 500mps download and between 20 to 40mps upload and I don’t experience any issues on any other game I also don’t disconnect from ea and have to reconnect it just kicks me from ultimate team, does anyone know anything I can do differently as I’ve deleted and re installed and still have the same problem. It’s only been an issue since the last update
