Lagging

What is the deal with this game? Been lagging for like 2 or 3 weeks straight. Game is not smooth at all, literally unplayable. Once i have the lead, the game start lagging, fps drops, game start getting delayed and i lose the game and it all start over again every game. Lets breake it down, i play on PC, i have 2070 super, 16GB ram & Ryzen 5 3400G, i play on all low graphics, render scale on 50 and game still lagging, like what am i supposed to anymore? Not even people with better PC are getting away with this issue. All we asking for is a playable game and not "realistic" game, perhaps i seen everything but realistic in this game.
