Loss in Division Rivals even though I won the game

The game seems to have crashed as i tried to exit the game I was punished with a lost despite Winning the game 4-3 . A screen also showed up saying it was due to high server volume I just want to have a win on my prgress in division 2 and not a loss thanks. Gamertag is Bavidroro on Xbox
