I was playing Division Rivals in Ultimate Team and won the match, but after the final whistle I got the message “Unable to process your request at the moment” and was disconnected from Ultimate Team. The match was counted as if I quit and I didn’t receive the win or rewards and with that win i should be promoted to next division...
Also you can see my connection was good for that game, so i dont know what happend, all i know is that i put time and hard work for that streak and win for promotion which do not count..
I do not remember if this happend before, I would like to know can I get that promotion and could i prevent this thing from happening, or was it fault with the server
