Low FPS on Laptop

Before the new patch in november, my laptop with RTX A3000, i7 11th Gen with 64GB RAM can run the game very smoothly on the medium setting with fps over 100+. But now after the update, the game is very laggy, even on the loading screen. I checked the counter and it utilized my CPU instead of my GPU. The input is well precise but the game is slow motion like the movie MATRIX. I just want to enjoy the game!!! I plugged in my monitor and it still the same eventhough the monitor display use my GPU. I tried on my brother's Desktop and it works well. Fix it on laptop EA

Hi there. It sounds like your PC might be using the integrated graphics instead of your GPU. You should be able to google the instructions for forcing your system to use the GPU instead of the integrated graphics.
