Mobile app transfer market access

I am having a serious issue with the transfer market on the mobile app. Despite completing all the required objectives, playing at least 3 matches every day, and checking the companion app daily, the transfer market still hasn’t unlocked for me after more than a week. The transfer market is the main motivation for me to play this game, yet I cannot even access it from mobile. On top of that, even though my PC fully meets the requirements, I still suffer from the ridiculous freezing issue after the latest update, which makes the game itself unplayable. This leaves the transfer market as the only part of the game I can even engage with, and now I am being blocked from that as well. It is completely unacceptable to face such problems after paying this much for the game.
