My case has received no response,229846609

To EA Support Team,

I need urgent assistance! My EA FC26 Steam account, created and purchased with payment on November 5, 2025, was wrongfully banned after only 6 days of gameplay. I am 100% certain that I did not violate any User Agreement terms!

I have submitted three appeals through EA Help but received no response. I also cannot reach a live customer service representative. It has been over ten days since my last reply from EA Help on November 18, and my account remains banned with no update on the appeal.

  • YoZWuM​  Only the Terms of Service team handles appeals, not live support. Unfortunately, if the appeal has been denied, then there is nothing that can be done on the forums.

    My case has not been explicitly rejected. As shown in the attached email screenshot, I was told to wait for the verification results, but I haven’t received any reply or update for over ten days. I would like to seek help on the forum! 🙏Current Case Number:#229846609
