To EA Support Team,
I need urgent assistance! My EA FC26 Steam account, created and purchased with payment on November 5, 2025, was wrongfully banned after only 6 days of gameplay. I am 100% certain that I did not violate any User Agreement terms!
I have submitted three appeals through EA Help but received no response. I also cannot reach a live customer service representative. It has been over ten days since my last reply from EA Help on November 18, and my account remains banned with no update on the appeal.
