Não RECEBI MEU ICON ATÉ AGORA

Oque acontece pq não recebi meu ICON até agora.. compreI na pré venda, so recebi os 2.000 FIFAPOINTS,... como vou receber o ICON ... preciso de ajudar URGENTE, PAGUEI CARO NO JOGO, E NAO RECEBO A RECOMPENSA ... COMO ASSIM... como vou recer mei ICON... aguradando resposta,.

como marquei na imagem, a opão de MEUS pacotes que teria um aicon nao aparece ....

    I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ICON YET What's wrong with me not receiving my icon yet? I pre-ordered it and only received 2,000 FIFA POINTS. How will I receive the icon? I need help URGENTLY. I paid a lot for the game and haven't received the reward. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? How will I receive my icon? Waiting for a response.
