Never recieved my FC Points

EA_Darko​ your livechat said several things. I’ll list them up for you down below: 

• it’s a latency issue and our team is working on it (majority of the attempts that I’ve took to speak to you guys)
• contacting psn network services (did that as well, and no success as it is an EA problem)
• clear licences (did that as well, no success)
• clear cache and start ps in safe mode
• reconnect the router
• fill in a claim
• asked me for several screenshots from my payment

all these things i’ve done and my 12k missing fc points still haven’t appeared. And that is since friday the 16th

What did our live support team say Futjarne1997​?

EA_Darko​ could you reply and look into this please. Time goes by and I haven’t got the points yet despite contacting you guys over 15 times already with every possible solution that you could think of. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. I demand a fix now. You’re just scamming your users at this point and given the recent reputation of EA, that’s something you guys could miss right now…

I’m having the same issue and i purchased the points straight from in game absolutely disgusting from EA

Sorry if you were misinformed spyroooooooooooo​ but if you purchase points from unauthorised retailers and there are issues then our team cannot assist you. A lot of these sites sell codes purchased with stolen credit cards and these codes get disabled.

All we can do is recommend that you speak with the retailer as there is nothing we can do to assist further.

I have been having the same issue but with the Ultimate Edition FC Points that where promised. I havent not received the full 6k balance that was promised and the customer service reps I spoke with have been no help and contradicting each other. Its infuriating. I would love to have some escalated support here as well. Its never right when you pay for something and dont receive it. Anything I can do here as well?

But there wasn't any issue with the code. I was able to redeem them in the EA App and it said that the code was redeemed successful. When talking to the EA Support I recieved a response that there's not anything missing from my account (which is wrong) and when talking to the live chat I was told that this is a issue which multiple people are having.

Hi darko. Just from the in game store. On the fc points section when you go to “store”. I bought them there, funded my ps wallet with apple pay and paid for the fc points. The money went out of my account, but i didnt get the 12k fc points I bought

Did you make the purchase in-game Futjarne1997​ and on what platform?

Was it from the in-game store, the platform store or other?
