No progress in rivals

so i just won a match in rivals, i was on an winning spree, so it should have counted as 2 wins, and i got no progress and my winning spree is gone now, and i had a challange, witch i did, was to score the last goal in the match and it had shown with an x, like i did not complete the challange, id love to have my win and progress back.
