Not able to stay connected to EA servers - Jio Fiber

Mine has only ipv4 enabled 

Does this work? I cannot find disabling option in my modem settings (not jio)

Also to add I was playing yesterday, around the same time you posted this post and during that time my UT was working perfectly. So can you make sure it's your setting tweak that's working? I.e by reverting to the default and seeing its effect.

I'll try this. Are there any recommendations for the IPv4 DNS configuration? I had changed it from its default to Google's DNS. (In an attempt to resolve this issue but it didn't work, of course.)

Guys, I think I have found a solution. There is an issue with IPv6. Go to the router admin portal and try disabling the IPv6. In Jio, you cannot do it but you can change to the settings mentioned in the attached picture. I did it and it's working for now. Played like 7 games, mix of squad battles and rivals. No issues so far. For other ISPs with the issue, you can try these changes as well. 

I don’t think they care much about Asian players especially Pc ones. Last on their list. 

I read this whole thread today and to be honest, i thought it was just me facing this issue for the past 3 weeks. Here are the responses that this community manager has given and how they are just utter nonsense.

• check with your ISP -> already did, replaced the router and issue still persists
• wifi is not optimal-> got a cat6 lan cable, issue gets worse as i cant even login to ultimate team anymore.
• 0.02% packet loss is not good-> have played on the same internet for the past 3 years. Never had any issue untill now.
• No issue at EA servers-> same ISP works perfectly for rocket league, warzone, fornite. Only facing issue with EA servers.

Honestly after 3 years they made a decent game and they managed to wreck something else in the process which they will not take accountability for. Instead of providing solutions, this community manager is following a 4 line script for the past 3 weeks.

I guess this is a wake up call to not donate any more money to EA by buying their games or fc points.

With all due respect multiple people are having the same issue. It can’t be an internet service provider issue because everyone is using different providers. My game lags out after every game, sbc even looking at evo players. I pay a lot of money for fibre optic, ultra fast internet and when I go on speed checker there’s no issues whatsoever. You advising us to connect to a mobile hotspot whilst paying a lot of money on internet providers just to play a laggy, game that constantly crashes, Makes no sense at all, surely the issue is with EA’s servers??? 

I’m not using JIO. And have not been able to play since Black Friday promo- game gets dc during menu/ doing SBC/ squad battle games. 
all other online games work fine including CS2

I've been playing this game since FUT 22 and always has been on the WiFi as well. There was no issues in the past iterations of the game in relation to my network then why just now? Also, The issue seems to be only limited to the FUT gamemode rest works completely fine on the same network.

Also, since you blamed the ISP, JIO is a major service provider, they simply just can't block out the users from accessing the Fc26 servers and that too specific to the FUT one. And I have many known friends who play on JIO and there are no interruptions like this on their FUT games.

From my match history, you can clearly see that I’m able to play the first two games without any issues. However, the third match consistently becomes unplayable whenever I try to complete an EVO or SBC. The game fails to load players in time, and I end up getting kicked out due to a server timeout.

It's pretty evident that this issue is linked to the game rather than the ISP. If you want I can link multiple forums where people all over the world are complaining about disconnection and similar error messages popping up. 

It's honestly dissapointing that the game I have paid for is completely unaccesible to me and the support team instead of investigating is putting the blame back on the end user.
