Optimum and other Internet Providers

This rant was a little longer than expected. Just wanted to post my POV and hope we can get a fix. 

I purchased the Loyalty Ultimate Edition. I also bought EA play to get the game 10 hours early. I still cannot connect to servers. I get 3 players into an SBC and it says I've lost connection. Every other Moment, I have to redo it because of the problem. Lost multiple rival and tournament games due to "DNF". Lost coins and draft tokens.  Can't even open packs (and yet pay EA even more money) because after the 3rd pack, I lose connection. Easily over $150 into EA's pockets. Getting to see everyone talk about this being one of the best FC/FIFA games in recent memory. This is really started to get under my skin.

I took some time away and didn't login for the last 5 days. Game was so irritating that I almost didn't give it another chance. Logging in this morning, hoping the issue would be fixed to find out its still the exact same. I've been playing off and on since pretty much FIFA 10 and have never had the issue last this long. 

I've done everything from restarted the router multiple times, uninstalled the game and APP. Nothing fixed the issue, so in which I started reading everyone else's comments with the same problem. I'm on PC in Dallas. 

Since it doesn't seem like we are getting much help from EA (typical). I found a consistency that certain internet providers are struggling. I for one have Optimum, and have noticed to see a ton of others are having the same issue with Optimum. I read someone on Reddit said he switched providers and it fixed it. I don't care to switch providers as I'm sure the same for many of you don't either. Maybe we can get ahead of this issue and bring it up another way. 

If you are still having this issue, please comment what internet provider and location you are in. Also, maybe some other common similarities you have found with other post if you've done the research to fix it. Maybe we get lucky and one employee actually see's this. To spend all this extra money to play early and still can't play days after initial launch. This might put the final nail in the coffin for me, but maybe (high doubtful I understand) they fix it and make it right for us that have been unable to play for so long.

    Austin, Texas using Wirestar... same issue. I just started a post about it as well. This needs to be resolved. It has been an issue since the very beginning of early access. Please go comment on mine as well so we can get some more visibility on this. They claimed this was "resolved", but obviously it has not been. I have 0 issues with any other game.
