"Be polite" ? Yo, if you think saying "whatever the f*** you can come up with" is in any way impolite to you - you do not belong on the internet!
What you are failing to grasp here is that your "tutorial" is not actually a fix and it only muddies the water. When people like you jump out and start with "do this while they fix the game" then you are giving a way out for the support team to just say "Use that temporary fix until we patch this, in 2-3 weeks". Without unfounded speculative "fixes" like yours the support team is under heavy pressure from the community, and in turn they apply the pressure to the dev team.
I'd understand if your fix was working for most - it's not, and it can't, because it's not about settings/hardware/internet/cache/etc - it's about the netcode. Literally there's code in the game that's supposed to process server-client data and it encounters an error and it crashes the connection channel - you will never fix this by resetting settings.
P.S.
Without doing anything at all tonight, my games gradually started improving, in terms of DC. I started with most Rush/Rivals games being DC'ed, ending up several hours later at most games being finished with only some ending in a DC. They are obviously working on this, server side, to try mitigate the massive damage they inflicted. Thinking that 60Hz has any effect on that is just pure placebo.
