PC Unplayable: Constant Freezes, Lags & GPU Optimization Issues
Dear EA Team,
Since the beginning of December, I and many other PC players (Steam/EA App) have been experiencing severe technical issues that make the game unplayable.
The problems are consistent:
Constant Disconnects: Connection drops in almost every match.
Input Delay, Lag and Freezes: Massive delay making competitive play impossible.
GPU Optimization: 100% GPU usage even while idling in menus.
It is definitely not a local issue:
- High-End Hardware: My system specs are well above the recommended requirements. Other demanding titles run flawlessly at 240+ FPS.
- Stable Connection: I am playing with Ethernet. My internet is stable, yet the game continues to disconnect.
We have paid for this game and expect it to work. There has been no official communication regarding these issues for weeks. We need a fix now.
