Permanent Unstable Connection / Lag Spikes Ps5

Hello, i wonder if anyone else has this problem? When i play rush , rivals or any online mode i get huge ping it jumps from 30 to 200 to 800, my image frozes, lag spikes and unstable connection.. ...
