Possible problem for controller stop working and random crashes on PC

I was able to play 10 games today with bigger or smaller lags (some games without even one controller freeze). I think you might have a point most of the delays were happening when my cpu usage had a spike but I got delay once with 85% usage so it’s kinda weird.
