pro club player is not leveling

Game mode and where in the mode the issue happened: Clubs
Summary of the issue: network issue and not leveling up after match
Potential Repro Steps: im trying to connect to club and its saying "unavailable to load avatar" 
then after few retries its connect but every match im doing in clubs its disconnecting me or finishing the match and then disconnect and not letting me get xp after the game is finished
