PS5 Transfer Market Not Working - Multiple Errors - 8+ Days

THE PROBLEM
I cannot access Transfer Market at all. Getting three different errors:
1. BUYING: "Connection error with FUT servers, try again later"
2. SELLING: "Transaction limit reached" (I made ZERO transactions from console)
3. CLAIMING: "Cannot connect to Ultimate Team, returning to main menu"
I have 2 purchased players stuck (Davinson Sanchez and Linda Caicedo) that I cannot claim.
WHAT WORKS
Everything else works perfectly: Rivals, Rush, Season, Tournaments, packs, all other objectives.
TROUBLESHOOTING DONE
- Waited 48+ hours
- Changed DNS to 8.8.8.8
- Wired and WiFi connections (341 Mbps download)
- Rebuilt PS5 database
- Restarted console 10+ times
- Mobile app partially works (can buy but not claim)
EA SUPPORT RESPONSE
Contacted 3 times. They confirmed it's a known PS5 bug but gave:
- No timeline for fix
- No notification plan
- No compensation
- Just said "check our social media yourself"
This is a PS5-specific backend bug. Multiple users on forums have same issue.
IMPACT
- Cannot complete Transfer Market objectives (8+ days lost)
- Cannot claim purchased players
- Cannot build team properly
- Paid full price but core feature broken
Is anyone else experiencing this? Has EA provided any update?
