PS5 unable to acces online

The game worked normally earlier. I joined my PS5 account with this one, to use FC companion app. 

Currenly each time i want to connect to online in fc25 or fc26, i get an error prompt "you must be signed into both Ea servers and Playstation network, check ea/unable to connect". Nothing there solves anything, EA status monitor shows the servers are up, i can acces my account on mobile app. 

So im locked not only out of a game i bought in preorder to get early access specifically, but i've also lost the ability to play FC25 online.  During the account configuration i think i updated the password, could that have any impact? Should i just return the game, reinstall it perhaps? It seems account realted.
