PSN Linked to Wrong EA Account – FC Hub Not Working

Hello,

I am on PS5 and I have two EA accounts with two different email addresses.

My PlayStation account is linked to the old EA account, which is blocking access to FC Hub and FC Pro rewards on EA FC 26.

I am unable to create a case through help.ea.com (no confirmation email and no case history visible).

Could you please identify both EA accounts and transfer the PSN link to the correct EA account?

    Hi there.  You should be able to open a case to get some help with this. Try following these steps:

    1. Go to help.ea.com
    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Select 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat

    That should let you open a case. Thanks!

    The live chat option is not visible for me. I tried to open two different tickets for my two issues on help.ea.com, but the problem is that my case history is empty and there is no tracking available. I also attempted to contact support on Twitter/X, but I have not received any response. I have been trying for several days without receiving any assistance.
