Rivals problems

Hello, I m experiencing the worst gameplay in history of the game. In rivals there are huge delays when I try to switch the players, lag on set pieces and players are stopping out of nowhere . EA please fix this giant problem because it s not normal. WE CANNOT PLAY THE GAME WE PAID FOR!
