Season Pass bug

Hello. I just bought the season Pass. There are 2 problems. The first one is that the game automaticly collected my reward and choosed me. I wanted the 85+X10 but the game collected Völler. I don't want Völler I want my big pack. And the second problem is that the game collected the premium rewards as well but is didn't collected the last few of them. So I can't get De Rossi or the packs in the and of the pass. It doesn't show that the rewards was collected because I didn't collected them. But now I can't collect them either. Please fix this amd fix your game EaSports
