Settings Reset & Precision Visuals don't work

Hello,

I've had this persistent issue now for a few months. When I save my settings in the main menu and in FUT, they sometimes don't apply in game. Every time I turn the game off and turn it back in all of those settings revert to default and for some reason my settings are modified right when I turn the game back on. The settings file in the attachment also is deleted and a new one spawns with a different time every time I turn the game on, so I'm assuming this is the game overwriting my settings.

Also for some reason under profile manager in settings there is no profile ID . The last issue is precision shooting and precision shot visuals are turned on but they never show. 

I'm never sure if my settings are actually applying, and I have to go in almost every match to double check, even though I know precision shooting is on but never actually applied.

I have deleted all the settings files, deleted the settings in game, saved profile, deleted the game and the app, done read only and not read only files, but nothing has worked and it's ruined the game for me. If anyone can help, I would very much appreciate it.
