At the beginning, if your FPS drops to 5-10, comment and like this post, maybe someone from EA will finally address this problem. For 3 weeks now, I've been experiencing FPS drops to 5-10, and since the last patch, even the game menu lags so much that it's hard to do anything. I've already tried many settings from Reddit, V-Sync on and off, capping the frame rate, literally everything people described. I've been losing out on Fut Champions and Rivals rewards for 3 weeks. Will you finally tackle this problem, which a large number of people are having on PC?
