Severe micro-stuttering on PC laptops – game unplayable

CPU: Intel i5-11400H
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 11

Issue:
The game suffers from constant micro-stuttering and freezing during matches.
FPS counter shows high values, but gameplay is not smooth.
CPU usage fluctuates heavily while GPU usage remains low.
The issue occurs regardless of graphics settings.

Steps tried:
- Clean GPU driver installation (DDU)
- Reinstalled the game
- Lowered resolution and graphics
- Disabled background apps
- Limited CPU boost (99%)

Result:
No improvement. The game is technically unplayable on this system.

This appears to be a CPU scheduling / optimization issue affecting laptop systems.
