Sky Broadband/ EA Server issues

I posted a thread that got some attention but ive not heard anything for a couple of days so im reposting in the hopes that it gets more attention and we get some answers and clarity. 

I'm getting constant disconnections, menu loading screens during squad building/ evos/ SBCs, stupidly long wait times to access ultimate team and other areas of the game. We need answers! I know im not the only one experiencing these issues but we are being left in the dark regarding these issues. 

I have several videos of these issues in all areas of the game but for some reason im having trouble uploading them onto this forum so I need to contact someone at EA directly to send the proof across. 

We are paying people who pay a lot to play this game but for some of us it is unplayable right now due to the constant restarting of the game we have to do. Like many other people I have tried contacting Sky, done their troubleshooting steps and nothing, EA troubleshooting steps and again nothing. 

We as paying customers need to know what is being discussed between EA and Sky to resolve these issues. Im aware BT customers had a similar issue last year. We need some sort of clarity, some sort of statement instead of the silence we are getting at the moment.

    If there was an answer that "this is the problem we are trying to fix," or "this is how to fix it, but it's a pain in the a** everytime" I'd be fine, but I don't see when this is getting fixed if ever

    See even sometimes I restart the game and I get stuck on the UT loading screen so have to restart again, and again, and again. Had some replies from Darko a couple days ago but nothing. Just want an answer. Beyond a joke 

  • Been having the same issue for at least a month now, it's almost every sbc, every evolution loading, every time I want to open the store, random kick outs and long wait times for nothing, especially when it loads in 2 seconds as it should when you click it a second time. It's even more frustrating that it's quicker to close the game and load up again to try rather than wait for it to timeout.

  • It's not just a Sky problem. I have Spectrum and before last patch I was able to do more than what I can now which is exactly what you described in your post. I'm running on Xbox Series X, but due to this error on EA's end, have done my own troubleshooting steps since these clowns here either gaslight us or just marked it as solved regardless, uninstalled and installed the Xbox one version in hopes of some sort of workaround along with port forwarding, mobile hotspots, etc. Guess what, same issue. However, I did find in one of the b.s. steps provided by these clowns to log in to the companion app and "delete" squads that even when I had uninstalled the game it would not let me sign into the companion app to do said step. So deleted app and reinstalled with a new update was able to get in, and it worked for about 10 minutes before the menu lags appeared once again, or switching from SBC storage to club caused the ongoing FC logo to inevitably booting me. Its been a wild ride since FUT 09 but **bleep** after these so called promises and we hear you, along with these oversaturated promos and lack of accountability per usual this is probably the end of the road. Its frustrating beyond when most of us just want to pop a game in and enjoy. Can't really think of any other game where the actual game itself changes and has to be relearned to play due to the ongoing "patches".
