Switching teams half way through the game

I was winning 5-2 and then the game froze, when it came back I was controlling the opposition team for the last ten minutes. I dribbled the ball around until full time then it glitched again and when it came back up it said I had quit the game and had been deducted rivals points as well as coins for future games. Such a poor game
