I'm in exactly the same situation- it's beyond frustrating as it's been locked for nearly a week now, and with no way to make coins I feel like I can't really progress any further until it's resolved- I've lost money on all the players on my transfer list and it means I'm missing out on SBC's i would normally try and complete as I can't make the money to buy the players for them.
I raised a case with EA and I have just checked and the case status has been changed to 'resolved' despite there being no contact from EA's side and no fix in game- feels like a slap in the face they don't even have the decency to acknowledge there is an issue and simply brush it off as 'resolved'.
