Transfer Market Issue: Can Buy but Cannot Sell

And I get the following error message when trying to list players: You've reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 24 hours for full access to the Transfer Market.    

I get it  even when I have not bought players for a while and the timer never goes down. When buying players I do not get the error message. EA_Darko​
