Two bugged EVO items blocking Store / can’t open packs or buy anything (PS5)

My main problem is that those evos are blocking my packs and store. It's impossible to complete Future Star like this, as my pack is blocked. To date, I have had no update from anyone. This is a major problem for thousands of players. This should be a priority to fix. Too many people will face a bad outcome because of this issue.
