Ultimate team doesn’t load. Please fix this. PS5

Hey EA Sports all I wanna do is play the game. Every time I try to load into ultimate team the loading screen takes 10 minutes before I’m met with “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now to returned to the Main Menu”. I’m able to get into ultimate team 1 in every 50 attempts, the menus are laggy to the max and can’t load anything internally on FUT. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game 5 times and restarted my router 50 times. Fix this it’s not a connection issue every other game I play on my PlayStation 5 loads up perfectly without any problem. I’ve seen multiple people on here having the same issue and we’re haven’t gotten a response.
