Unable to Connect to EA Servers in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on PC

Question

Hi everyone, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team. Every 10–15 minutes while playing, I get the error message Unable to connect to EA Servers.Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again...".”. My internet connection is working perfectly, but the game kicks me offline from Ultimate Team. When I press reconnect, it reconnects immediately, but this keeps happening repeatedly and is very disruptive.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it?

This has been happening to me for a week now and still hasn’t got better at all. I’m lost on what to do. My internet provider said the internet is fine and can’t see any issues at all&nbsp;

I cannot access Ultimate Team on PC for over 24 hours.
Web App works correctly.
The issue started after a forced game closure (Alt+F4).
Tried reinstall, repair, cache clear, different networks and hotspot.
Please reset my Ultimate Team session on your side.

I THINK I FOUND A SOLUTION!Go to:https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacyNext, check your Two-Factor Authentication setting:- If 2FA is ENABLED, disable it.- If 2FA is DISABLED, enable it.(Simply do the opposite of how it’s currently set)&nbsp;This has solved the issue for me after weeks, hopefully it helps others too!
