Unable to connect to EA servers

I am unable to connect to EA servers on eafc26. I have restarted my internet and my computer and the EA app and nothing seems to work. I also have battlefield 6 on my computer and I am able to connect to EA servers through that game and play online but I am unable to play or access EA servers for eafc26 on both my computer and Xbox. Can I get assistance?
