Unable to get into ultimate team - PS5 - UK (Hull)

Start the game up and after the EA servers screen, the game freezes for a while before the menus eventually come up. Once menus come up, click into ultimate team where it again freezes for a while, then loads up the TOTW. Stays on TOTW for ages and then says connecting to ultimate team is not possible at this time so physically not able to even play a game. Ridiculous bug that’s only happened to me over the last 3 days. Can get on very intermittently and it’s frustrating due to the price I paid for the ULTIMATE edition.

I am having the same issue in Sydney Australia. It's horrible. I have not been able to access FUT for the whole day. I will issue a refund this Monday. I am done with this game.
