When I try to access Ultimate Team, it sometimes loads for one second and then sends me back to the main menu with an error. If I try to manage my squad or club, the game starts loading and then freezes. When I open the store, it either says "The store is not available at this time. Please try again later" or gets stuck on "Updating Store." I also get messages like "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu" or "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later."

I have the same issue since yesterday. I do not think they will fix it anytime soon. Pre-ordering was a mistake.

i am having the same issues. i started my stream yesterday and for an hour and half, i was facing the same issues. it sucks how consoles are working fine but we pc players are facing this issues.

Me and my friends from Arizona are all facing the same problem on console. Ultimate Team keeps loading for a second then sends us back to the main menu, and the store freezes or says unavailable. At least 10 of us on PS5 have the exact same issue. Honestly, feels like preordering the game was a mistake with how broken this has been. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Yeah it’s not just PC. I’m on PS5 and I’m from Texas. I have friends that are in the same town as me in Texas and have no issues getting into Ultimate Teams. It might be just certain accounts?

console player but im tryin to access my team via web app. i logged in day 1. went to open a pack after i got my rewards and team started. it crashed and i have had 2 days of "ea servers unavailable " error. im also west coast. i go to school next door to EA lol
