Unacceptable Input Lag & Silence: We Demand a Fix!
To the Community Managers and the Development Team,
I am writing this post out of sheer frustration and disappointment, echoing the sentiments of thousands of players who have been completely ignored.
Some time ago, I raised a detailed issue regarding severe input lag and gameplay unresponsiveness. That post, like many others from the community, was met with silence. No acknowledgment, no roadmap for a fix, nothing. It feels like you simply do not care about the core playability of your product once the sale is made.
Let me be crystal clear: The current state of gameplay is unacceptable.
The Issue: Matches feel like they are played in mud. My players—who have high agility and dribbling stats—turn like trucks. There is a noticeable, game-breaking delay between pressing a button and the action occurring on screen.
The Conditions: This happens despite having a high-end wired connection and low ping. The issue is NOT on my end; it is on your servers and your netcode.
The Silence: What is more frustrating than the lag itself is your refusal to address it. We are tired of generic "troubleshooting" copy-paste responses. We’ve done the port forwarding, we’ve checked our ISPs. The problem is YOUR infrastructure.
We are paying customers expecting a functioning product. When the core mechanic of a game (input/output) fails, the game is fundamentally broken.
We demand transparency. Stop ignoring the elephant in the room. Acknowledge the input lag issues and tell us exactly what you are doing to fix the server responsiveness.
The community deserves better than this sluggish, delayed mess.
