If you've already created an appeal with these steps and are seeing that it's now waiting on studio, it's in the right spot! We are not able to make any changes to this here on the forums.
At that point it's been passed along to the team that can directly review what took place, so please keep an eye on your case history page and they'll reply as soon as the investigation is complete.
There is not a specific ETA we can provide as that will just depend on how many other cases they're working through already, but they'll reach out through the case as soon as they have an update. Thanks for the patience in the meantime!
