Unplayable due to no controller connection – requesting solution

EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC is unplayable due to controller connection/input loss, mainly in Ultimate Team Rivals and other online modes.

Controller suddenly becomes unresponsive or input gets heavily delayed

Often results in “Your connection has been lost”

Rush mostly works, but occasional lag/input loss also happens in Squad Battles

Multiple wired controllers tested (no Bluetooth)

USB power saving disabled, overlays/background apps off

Clean reinstall done

Same PC worked fine in previous FC titles

Because this affects gameplay and competitive modes, I kindly request EA to please provide a solution, workaround, or official clarification for this PC issue.
