Unplayable game

Hello everyone. As I wrote a few days ago, the game was experiencing an incredible lag problem that eventually became unplayable, so I deleted and reinstalled the game. I played the first two days without any problems (there was still lag on kick-offs and corners). But now the same problem persists. Especially in rivals mode (as well as other online modes), the game starts normally for the first 3 minutes (still, when you make a kick-off pass, the green bar at the bottom fills, but after about half a second the pass becomes delayed). After that, it becomes incredibly lag-free and becomes unplayable. I tried everything; my internet connection is good, the processor and graphics card in my computer are also good (I haven't had it maintained for a long time, but I was able to play the game normally to a certain extent, even if it was only 10% :)). I cleaned out unnecessary files on my computer. I'm not sure if it could be a problem with the controller, but the controller is wired, so there couldn't be a problem with it either. Moreover, there is now an like a slow motion issur in offline modes too. Cutscenes, players going to corners, etc. are very smooth, but after 5 minutes, the game starts to slow down. I've abandoned over 20 online games. And there will be no compensation for this, or how? As far as I can tell, there's no direct access to EA. All I can do is post this on the forums, and this is incredibly awful. I paid $70 for the game, and this is how I'm treated? I'd like to refund the game if possible, but I probably won't be able to. My complaint will stay here; no one will read it, so I'll just stick with what I wrote. I'll keep opening packs from the phone app for a while, and then my players will eventually run out. It's ridiculous.
