Unplayable Game

When i start the game and am in the menu the game works perfectly fine with not 1 flaw, until it gets to the game as soon as I load in the game immediately starts buffering and genuinely looks like the game is in slow motion. I also have perfect internet connectivity and less than 20 ping, my computer is also definitely not a bad computer so I have no reason that this game wouldn't work. I have tried looking at every single setting in the game, deleting and redownloading, every single Youtube video, and i have zero clue what to do with my game. Fifa fix this.
