Unplayble in any UT Game mode - PC

I ve try to play rush or rivals and its impossible my screen looks like 15 fps my cpu hits 100 and my gpu its like 10pct, ive try to increase the gpu use but doesent solve anything with the grapics on max the gameplay looks nice but its slower asfck. I can even play carrer mode or normal off matches because its looks like slow motion, 
I have a 1660super ryzer 5 3600 xt 1tb ssd , i have fc 25 and played normal since the game release but in fc 26 i cant play.
