I keep getting a "Case creation failed" error on my main account...I was given Case ID #829481451. However, I have now discovered that this Case ID does not even exist
This sounds familiar. I've come across this once before in this thread. We tried a few different steps, but what helped the person create a case was this:

I tried creating a new account and managed to get on to support chat. Who after 30 minutes was able to fix the problem.
